Warranty Policies

 

    For all our goods which are valued above 50k Tshs  have 1 Year Warranty.Warranty covers for all industrial faults and not faults arising from carelessness such as breaking the glass and so forth.Products below 50K have 6 months warranty

     If You have purchased a product and its not working properly, you can return it within 24 hours or if you are in upcountry area you can alert us and send over the product and we shall give you a new product to exchange with.We do not offer exchange service for products which have no faults.
